Jeff Ryder, Construction Manager, Founder

Originally from New England, Jeff’s passion for skiing and fly fishing brought him to Utah. Jeff launched his construction career over 35 years ago, erecting steel buildings while on summer break from Brighton. After apprenticing with local master Paul Deeley, Jeff ventured out on his own, partnering at times with John Griswold and tackling projects from bathroom remodels to multi-story additions. An original partner at Capitol Hill Construction, he brings decades of experience with both traditional and contemporary projects. Jeff has a fine aesthetic sense, and is known for the cleanest job sites in town. Jeff is responsible for our many award winning collaborations with the late designer Robert Brain. He lives in the Harvard-Yale neighborhood with his lovely wife, Tina

John "Gris" Griswold, Construction Manager Emeritus, Founder
